Now I'm rethinking how they get made, using AI to close the gap between vision and reality. I'm learning to build with AI - hands-on. Understanding the stack, not vibe-coding around it, changes how I lead design teams working with these tools.
Building has also brought back something I'd lost. Somewhere in the shift from maker to manager, I stopped. Picking it up again has re-energised me, not as a way to lead better, but for its own sake. And now I'm not limited to what I could previously only imagine.
